Expression of WT FLAG-rOXCT1 or FLAG-rOXCT1 K421R was reconstituted in endogenous OXCT1-depleted Huh7 cells. Cells were treated with or without IGF for 6 h. FLAG-tagged proteins were immunoprecipitated using an anti-FLAG antibody. The activities of OXCT1 were analyzed using thein vitroOXCT1 activity assay.
