CCI scores of each cell type pair based on the curated list of ligandreceptor (LR) pairs. Agglomerative hierarchical clustering was performed on a dissimilarity-like metric by taking the complement (1-score) of CCI scores, disregarding autocrine interactions. Cell types are colored by their lineages, as indicated in the legend.
