Doxycycline-induced (1 ug/mL dox, 3.5 h) expression of WT-APX, TZFmut-APX, and GFP-APX in HEK-293 cells analyzed by western blotting. Anisomycin (+aniso, 100 uM, 1.5 h) was used as indicated. Immunoblot (IB): APX and vinculin (loading control). TTP-APX and GFP-APX fusion proteins are indicated. Slower-migrating TTP-APX fusions in anisomycin samples correspond to hyperphosphorylated proteins.
