Binding isotherm obtained from a titration of 100 pM HLA with increasing concentrations of W6/32. For analysis, the binding isotherm was fitted with a binding model assuming two antigen molecules binding one antibody 53 . The dissociation constant was found to be K d = 400 40 pM.
