Global analysis of the nucleolus and nucleoplasm regions, spectra-associated to the three time components, normalized to the acceptor decay component. The only difference between the nucleolus (solid) and nucleoplasm (dashed) is the larger amplitude of the FRET-associated rise component (black), which has the same time constant of 0.2 ns.
