Box Plot from Scientific Research

Boxplots comparing linkage disequilibrium between pairs of SNPs on either side of the SVR (that is, 190–370 kb apart) to identically spaced SNPs across chromosome 1 for major human populations with more than 100 samples. The centre line of the boxplot indicates the median, box limits indicate the first and third quartiles, and the whiskers indicate the smallest/largest observation within box limits ±1.5 times the interquartile range.
