Scatter Plot from Scientific Research

PSMB4-TST was translated in RRL, affinity-purified under native conditions, and analyzed by label-free quantitative mass spectrometry. The volcano plot shows proteins enriched in the PSMB4 PD compared with a mock translation (negative control). Different classes of proteins are indicated in differently colored dots (RP is regulatory particle), with PSMB4 and quality control candidates labeled.
