Sorting of RBD-specific human ASCs. Representative layout for sorting of IgG+/RBD+ hydrogel beads obtained from the encapsulation of fresh B cells on d9 post vaccination. Hydrogel beads were gated as live/CD20−/CD38+/IgM−/IgG+. The plot shows 1,484 events at 2% contour level.
