Agarose-based antibody capture matrix. Agarose is chemically modified to contain BG moieties that react covalently with the SNAP-tag. Single-domain antibodies (VHHs) against the constant region of antibody light chains are expressed as SNAP-tag fusions and immobilized in the BG-agarose hydrogel, creating the capture matrix.
