Proteins biotinylated by the fusion ligase UNC-45-miniTurbo in UNC-45 proximity in worms subjected to sustained body wall muscle contractions by 13 5-s blue light pulses with (iv) or without (v) ATR supplementation were pulled down with streptavidin beads and identified by mass spectrometry.
