Electrical conductivity at V FG = 0 V of various doping states at 160 K. Insets show field-effect transfer curves for six representative doping states at 160 K. As the film conductivity changes by orders of magnitude as the doping level is increased, the drain current is normalized as ( I D ( V FG ) - I min )/ I min , where I min is the minimum current in the field-effect transfer curve of the corresponding doping state. For each inset the maximum field-effect modulation is indicated as a percentage value. At the conductivity peak, the current decreases when changing V IG but increases when changing V FG .
