Box plot of pairwise differential distances for the indicated conditions. A non-parametric two-sided Wilcoxon test was used for statistical testing. The bottom and top whiskers represent 10% and 90% values, respectively. The box represents the range from the 25th percentile to the 75th percentile, the center line represents the median, and the dotted line indicates the zero-change line. The statistics were derived from 21,528 gene pairs with quantifiable values.
