Volcano Plot from Scientific Research

Differential glycan expression between AML and colorectal cancer cell lines. Given the predicted glycomes of e , we used the get_volcano function from glycowork to test differential expression at the motif level (two-tailed Welch’s t -test), shown as a volcano plot. Differentially expressed glycans are drawn inversely scaled by corrected P value (HolmŠídák correction for multiple testing). FC, fold change.
