Scatter Plot from Scientific Research

Tcf7-YFP P14 cells (1 x 106) were transferred into naive mice and infected with 2 x 106PFUs LCMV Armstrong. After 5 days of infection, P14 cells were sorted into Tcf7-YFPhi, Tcf7-YFPmid, and Tcf7-YFPlosubsets. These subsets were CTV labeled and transferred into time-matched secondary infected recipient mice as in Figure 5.
