Selected KEGG signal transduction pathways identified for significant DEGs (P < 0.05 and log 2 FC > 0.585) through RNA sequencing of between Krt32 WT and KO C57BL/6J mice (n = 8 mice/group) treated by TNF. The statistical test was hypergeometric test, and the level of significance was set at a two-sided P < 0.05 without multiple comparisons.
