Escherichia coli (E. coli) extracts containing GST (negative control) or GST-KRT32 proteins were incubated with cell lysates of primary keratinocytes cells and glutathione-Sepharose beads to pull down GST complexes, and the bound proteins were then analyzed by mass spectrometry.
