H2122 xenografts were treated 10 days post-implant with the vehicle, RMC-6291 100 mg/kg daily, RMC-5552 10 mg/kg weekly, or the combination. Tumor volumes were plotted over time from the start of treatment (mean SEM, n = 8 mice in each cohort). P values are shown and were calculated by two-sided t-test.
