Estimated proportions of mutations that were likely accumulated before Early N -to-Late T or Late N -to-Early T changes in 178 individual LUAD tumours that present a significantly different mutation density in unaltered Early N+T versus Late N+T regions. The centre line of the box plot represents the median value, the limits represent the 25th and 75th percentile, and the whiskers extend from the box to the largest and lowest value no further than 1.5 * IQR (interquartile range) away from the box.
