Comparisons of gene density between genomic regions with unaltered replication timing or shared and recurrent ART in BRCA and LUAD cell lines (BRCA: 9521 genes with unaltered Early N+T replication timing, 4531 genes with Early N -to-Late T ART, 4129 genes with Late N -to-Early T ART and 17873 genes with unaltered Late N+T replication timing; LUAD: 11104 genes with unaltered Early N+T replication timing, 1569 genes with Early N -to-Late T ART, 2029 genes with Late N -to-Early T ART and 21782 genes with unaltered Late N+T replication timing). The centre line of the box plot represents the median value, the limits represent the 25th and 75th percentile, and the whiskers extend from the box to the largest and lowest value no further than 1.5 * IQR (interquartile range) away from the box. P -values reflect two-sided paired Wilcoxon tests.
