Each dot represents the FC change score for the anterior hippocampus for a single scan before (left) and after (right) psilocybin for every participant (coloured as in Fig. 2 ). Participants showed a post-psilocybin increase in FC change in the anterior hippocampus (LME model, pre- versus post-psilocybin; n = 6 participants, 186 observations, estimate (95% CI) = 0.095 (0.032, 0.168), t (182) = 2.97, P = 0.0033, uncorrected).
