Portion of the CIS Ir substructure at 150 K as described in the triclinic space group (P1). Charge/orbital ordering and spin dimerization separates Ir–Ir bonds into substantially shortened (blue) and lengthened (red) or largely unaltered (grey) groups. Dimerized bonds run along two distinct [110]-type cubic directions (examples marked by arrows). Structure refined from experimental data.
