PDX models were established in B-NDG mice from a local cervical cancer recurrence patient which were randomly divided into two groups: group control, which received cryoprotectant, and group TIL, which received homologous TILs generated from the same patient. Tumor volume was measured three times per week, using vernier calipers and calculated using formula A x B 2x 0.5, where A and B represented the longest and shortest diameters of the tumor, respectively. Tumor volumes in group TIL were smaller than in group control ( p < 0.0001).
