Bar Plot from Scientific Research

Linear discriminant analysis (LDA) scores were computed for differentially abundant taxa in the patients with either high or low faecal acetate, propionate and butyrate concentrations. Median of the three SCFAs combined was the cut-off between high and low levels. The alpha value was 0.05 for the Kruskal-Wallis test and the length of the bar indicates the effect size associated with a taxon.
