Clustering all dimer models by structural similarity yields 2,991 clusters. The scatter plot depicts the number of clusters having a particular size. At the extremes, there are 1,957 singletons, and the largest cluster contains over 500 structures and corresponds to coiled-coil-mediated dimerization.
