Using gene co-expression analysis (WGCNA), gene modules (rows) were identified that varied in their expression across all the microglial and non-microglial myeloid cell clusters (columns). Gene modules (rows) and cell clusters (columns) are arranged by unsupervised hierarchical clustering. Major groupings of cell clusters and selected gene modules with representative genes were manually annotated for orientation (see Table S12 for full pathway analysis).
