Kymographs of TIRF time-lapse colocalization between SH3P2-GFP and mCherry-AUXILIN-LIKE1 in the epidermis of etiolated hypocotyls. The two fluorescent protein fusions exhibit a high degree of colocalization at structures of typically brief lifetimes (yellow arrowheads). SH3P2-GFP is also recruited at sites not containing mCherry-AUXILIN-LIKE1 (blue arrowheads).
