Line Plot from Scientific Research

MSD binding levels of serum antibodies against H2 HA ectodomain of human participants as measured using a.u./mL (arbitrary units/mL). Serial dilutions were made and tested in duplicate, and the mean of the duplicates in the linear portion of the serial dilution curve was used to interpolate a.u./mL from the standard curve. Shown in the graph is the mean and standard deviation of the interpolated value from three dilutions in the linear portion of the curve. Data are representative of two independent experiments.
