Cons track corresponds to sequence conservation across 100 vertebrates, protein-coding genes, epigenetic tracks from the ENCODE database (primary IDs: ENCSR555QHZ, ENCSR196LEI, ENCSR004AKD, ENCSR006GPM, and ENCSR439EHQ), and ancestral alleles. All ENCODE data are plotted as reads per million (rpm)/bp for chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP)-sequencing performed on a representative sample of each type.
