Meristemoids (D and E) and GMCs (F and G) expressingBRXL2p:BRXL2-YFP(yellow),TMMp:OPL2-BFP(blue), and stomatal lineage-specific microtubule makerTMMp:mCherry-TUA5(magenta) show that the BRXL2 polarity domain is depleted of microtubules (marked by asterisk), but OPL2-BFP co-localizes with microtubules pre-division (D), during preprophase band (PPB) formation (arrows in E), at the phragmoplast (F), and post-division (G).
