Confocal imaging of femur (with muscle) from PdgfracreER;Osxdre;R26ZT1 mice at 1 week (left) or 10 months (right) after induction. Tamoxifen was administered at 2 months of age. Muscles were marked by anti-laminin staining (n = 3 mice per condition from 3 independent experiments).
