A model VLP transiently delivered nucleic acid-encoding Cherry from sender HEK cells to receiver HEK cells, where the cargo was expressed. Experiments were performed by supernatant transfer from sender to receiver cells after transient DNA transfection of sender cells. Line segments connect means at different time points.
