CDAA-HFD-fed SPF mice were treated with PBS (control) or 3-sucCA (10 mg/kg) 3 times per week for the last 3 weeks. The fecal samples in the endpoint were collected, and 16S rRNA gene sequencing was performed.n= 6 mice/group.
