Cluster colours are assigned as per a ( N indicated for each cluster in the corresponding colour), with unassigned data points shown in light grey ( N = 323 points). Each point represents the average value of data from one level with duration of >150 ms. Supplementary Fig. 18 provides the red-green and lifetime-FRET projections of this dataset.
