Bar Plot from Scientific Research

Metal dependence of the enzymatic reaction for the mixture of fluorogenic bait substrates: 100 M mini-cAMPase was incubated with ~200 M substrate mixture and 200 M Ca 2+, Mg 2+, Mn 2+, Fe 2+ or Zn 2+. The histogram shows that mini-cAMPase requires Mn 2+ for its catalytic activity. Data are presented as mean values of biological duplicates ( n = 2), with error bars representing 1 s.d.
