Sequence variants (125 examples) are divided into four categories based on their activities: (1) strongly activates both receptors (yellow area), selectively activates (2) GCGR (green) or (3) GLP-1R (blue), or (4) activates neither receptor (pink). The activity threshold of -11 (that is, 10 pM) is chosen as being within tenfold of the native ligand activity for each receptor.
