A schematic of the table of feature data used in the DepMap analysis. Each row corresponds to a target gene and each column to a cell line. The values in the table are dependency measures of the survival sensitivity for the cell line when the target gene is knocked out with CRISPRCas9. We assessed similarity between targets by calculating the cosine similarity between rows.
