Western blot for ISWI subunits and controls (LAMIN B, CTCF) in all deletion cell lines and WT control. While the deletions show overall no effect on other subunits, we note a change in band stoichiometry for CECR2, ACF1 and BPTF in some of the mutant lines. Blots are representative of at least two experiments.
