Local Z -score of enrichment of overlaps between singleton mSV breakpoints and SCE hotspots. mSV breakpoints are shifted in windows of 100 kb to 10 Mb plus or minus the bin in which an SCE hotspot is located, and the enrichment Z -score plotted each time.
