Design of Library 2 Sublibrary A, aimed at evaluating CRISPRi activity at each position in the 6-plex array. For each 6-plex array, a specific position is defined as the test position (which can encode either a TSS-targeting spacer or a negative control spacer), and the remaining positions are referred to as context positions encoding one of 5 sets of negative control spacers designated only for context positions.
