Representative time series of fluorescence lifetime imaging of the FluidFM pipette on one Flipper-TR loaded cell during increasing indentation ( d ) and aspiration ( e ) (scale bars, 1 µm). White circles in the first image show the position of the wall of the pipette tip. This imaging for indentation and aspiration was repeated independently for 5 and 4 cells, respectively.
