Representative scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images of custom fabricated FluidFM probes with a cylindrical tip and a 2 m inner diameter (scale bars: top, 10 m; bottom, 2 m). This imaging was repeated independently for each of the 32 FluidFM probes used in this study.
