Violin Plot from Scientific Research

The performance of the timsTOF Prosit 2023 model was assessed using violin plots depicting the normalized spectral contrast angle between predicted and observed spectra. The median spectral angle observed for AspN, GluC, and trypsin respectively, was 0.77, 0.78, and 0.80. Source data are provided as a source data file.
