We carried out a similar experiment by using a perfusion chamber rather than intraperitoneal injections of LPS (see Methods ). Each row in the heatmaps represents the averaged activity of a single cell to two trials. The dashed lines denote stimulus time window (180 s). n = 7 for IL-1, n = 12 for IL-6 and n = 19 for IL-10.
