PyrAte7 a and TMRM bleaching over time (n=2-4, ±SD). Parental HEK293 cells were incubated with 100 nM PyrAte and 10 nM TMRM and excited every minute for 15 seconds at a wavelength of 407.5 nm (PyrAte) or 560.2 nm (TMRM). Mean integrated intensity (fluorescence, F) was measured and plotted every ten minutes as a fraction of the maximum intensity (F/Fmax).
