The inhibitory activity of WU-04 against the SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro mutants was assessed using a FRET-based assay. The two double mutants M49K/M165V and M49K/S301P showed the strongest resistance to WU-04. The data represent the means SD of three independent measurements.
