sRNA target prediction and schematic luciferase reporter constructs. piR016061 targets the 3′-UTR of Lhcgr, and miR6240 targets the 3′UTR of Nsd1. A mutant construct was made by replacing nucleotides in the sRNA binding site of the target gene 3′UTR.
