U 2 OS cells stably expressing GFP-LC3 were transfected with non-target control siRNA or ANKFY1 siRNA and then cultured in regular DMEM. 48 h after transfection, cells were treated with 200 nM Torin 1, 100 nM BafA1, or both for 3 h, fixed, stained with DAPI and imaged under confocal microscope.
