In situ proximity ligation assays to measure the effects of SHIP164 depletion on GolgiEE associations in fixed HEK293 cells probed with primary antibodies (anti-EEA1 for EE; anti-TGN46 for the Golgi) followed by secondary antibodies coupled to specific oligonucleotides. Twenty-one scrambled cells and 40 SHIP164 siRNA-1 or 26 SHIP164 siRNA-2-treated cells were quantified from 3 independent experiments.
