Microscopy from Scientific Research

Mouse peripheral blood eosinophils with stable expression of MitoGFP (green) were stained with Hoechst 33342 (blue) and MitoSOX (red). BEAS-2B cells were stained with Hoechst 33342 (blue) and CellTracker Deep Red (white). Eosinophils were primed with GM-CSF and co-cultured with BEAS-2B cells before activation with C5a. An arrow indicates the released mtDNA. Scale bars, 10 m. Images are representative of 2 technical replicates with 2 culture replicates.
