PBMCs infected with CHIKV at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 0.1, in the presence or absence of CCL-2 at 100 ng/mL. Fluorescence-activated cell sorting was used to identify lymphocytes (CD45+), monocytes (CD14+), and CD14+CD16+monocytes, and CHIKV-infected cells.
